Governing Body

It addresses the major questions affecting the development and work of the School such as financial plans and appointing the Dean. The Governors also approve the accounts of the School and perform such other formal corporate business as may be required. Three other boards govern all sections of the School:
The Management Board advises the Dean and Governing Body concerning the development and implementation of major School policies affecting programmes and research activities, staff, premises and finance. The Management Committee is responsible for taking and implementing administrative and academic decisions necessary for the management of the School. It refers all fundamental academic or constitutional decisions to the Management Board.
The School's network of Regional Advisory Boards brings together prominent and influential alumni and business leaders in seven geographical regions around the globe - Africa, Asia, Europe, Middle East, Latin America, North America and the UK.
The International Alumni Board represents the views of alumni ensuring that alumni relations programmes meet the needs of alumni, and making recommendations on a range of issues to the School's Governing Body.
