Partner schools

We are global not only in terms of our diverse community, but in the partnerships we pursue, for example, with Columbia Business School through the EMBA-Global and joint executive education initiatives.  We also have over 30 top business schools in our international exchange programme.

A unique relationship:

London Business School and Columbia Business School logos

The School's successful relationship with Columbia continues to develop. Forged in 2001 with the establishment of the unique and highly successful EMBA-Global, a focus has been on student-led initiatives between the two institutions.

The $100,000 Global Social Venture Competition, for example is unique among business plan competitions: it gives equal weight to financial profitability and social return on investment.

The organising group is a truly global partnership between Haas School of Business, Columbia Business School, London Business School and the Goldman Sachs Foundation. It involves more than 130 teams from 55 business schools in 11 countries and over 200 MBA students.

China
Our growing engagement with China continues. 60 MBA students from Hong Kong University will spend their 2006 summer term at the School. In addition, each year London Business School hosts a group of EMBA participants from the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) as part of their regular month-long European study tour.

India
The School was instrumental in the foundation of the Indian School of Business in Hyderabad and regularly sends faculty to assist in programmes.
